Le Mars Police Officer, Sgt. Flack, and Plymouth County Jailer, Dawn Fifita, will discuss and show ways to protect yourself in dangerous situations. To actively participate in the self defense moves, you will need to sign a waiver prior to the program. This event is for ages 18 and older.
